Common questions

What does it cost to start?
Nothing. There are no monthly fees or plans. Our fee is 10% of the job price for early providers (standard 10%), taken from the deposit when it is paid out to you. The customer pays nothing extra.
How do customers pay me?
When you accept a booking, the customer pays a deposit (usually 40%) by M-Pesa or Visa/Mastercard through Sikakoraa. The deposit is held while the job is in progress. Once you and the customer both confirm it's done, it is paid out to your M-Pesa or bank, less our fee. The customer pays you the balance directly.
Do my customers need an account?
Yes, a quick one. Customers sign in with Google or their email before they pay, so their bookings, receipts and any refunds stay in one place. If they're mid-booking, they land straight back on it after signing in.
Where does Sikakoraa work?
Anywhere in Kenya. Prices are in Kenyan shillings.
